A lady sent in this. She needed advice from mature minds.

I’m a 24-year-old lady from IMO State. Am also in my finals at lmo state polytechnic- Nekede.

There is this issue that has been bothering me for a while now and as it stands now; it seems am already biting more than I can chew and I don’t know how to go about it.

There is guy I have been dating from my year one. He resides in Abuja where he works. In fact it was this guy that provides almost all the monies that has been sustaining me in school till date. Actually, he has the intention of marrying me but he hasn’t proposed yet. So November last year, I went to see him in Abuja. During my stay there, he took me to a nightclub.

In that same place, I met this man whom I learnt works at CBN. He asked for my number and I gave it to him without having anything or emotional attached to it. Though my guy wasn’t aware because the man met me on my way out of the restroom.  Also, I told him plainly that I came with my fiancé and he said that he is just trying to be friends with me.

After that day, we got talking and he said that he is 53 years of age. I asked about his wife and family, he said he is a divorcee and that his two boys are schooling abroad while his first daughter is staying with him.

I spent most of the January in Abuja. So on one of Saturday, he asked that we meet. I told him that my boyfriend won’t like it; but he kept persisted.

Later that morning he sent me some money and asked me to meet him somewhere. I waited for my guy to leave for shop because he sells women clothes and shoes.

When I got there, it was a hotel. Though he didn’t touch me, but he said that ever since the first day that he saw me that he fell in love with me and that he doesn’t want to beat around the Bush that he wants to marry me. He is from Delta.

I told him that my fiancé is already set to marry me and that I don’t want to break his heart.

Then he asked what my fiancé does, I told him and he said that I shouldn’t worry that he will fix him up. Later that day, he gave me 20k and I left. We kept talking on the phone and when it was time for me to go back around January ending he said that I should come and see him at home. I refused because I don’t know how his daughter will see me. But he said that him and his daughter have good understanding.

We made a plan. So what I did was that my guy gave me money to board a bus back home, but instead I went to see the man at home. My guy didn’t know that I was still at Abuja. We ended up having sex that day and I left after two days.

Now the problem is that this man is so serious about marrying me and he is all over me.

Please I don’t know what to do with my boyfriend? He gave me 80k while my guy gave me just 20k

Please I don’t know if it is a right thing to break up with this my guy and marry this man because; he hasn’t even proposed and this man haS been sending me money since this lockdown began; including my parents.

Please, your advice is needed no insult pls.
