Over 100 indigent final year students are to benefit from the free enrollment fees put together by members of the State Political Appointees from Aniocha North.
Disclosing this at Issele Uku during the group’s monthly meeting hosted by appointees from Ward 7, the Commissioner for Youth Development, who is also the coordinator of the group, Ifeanyi Egwuyenga, said that the free enrollment exercise is one of the major projects lined up for the betterment of Aniocha North people.
According to the Commissioner, the committee in charge of the project has concluded arrangements for the disbursement of funds to the various schools where the indigent students are expected to enroll.
Egwuyenga also disclosed that to ensure the success of PDP candidates in the forthcoming local government elections in the state , the appointees have mapped out strategies to support the different election committees in the local government area.
Meanwhile members of the group have commended one of her own and Chairman, Delta State Tourism Board, Princess Tina Amumuziam for her outstanding contributions to the growth of group. They pledged to support her in her political aspirations especially as it concerns the forthcoming local government elections in the state.
