Newly sworn in president of the Africa Development Bank, Akinwumi Adesina, has offered prayers to God as he resumes office for the second term of five years.
Adesina was sworn in on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 as president of the Africa continent bank which objective is to aid in the development of the Africa continent.
On Tuesday, he prayed for God’s wisdom to lead the bank for the next five years
He also prayed that Africa will thrive and prosper and that God should make Africa to shine.
He made the prayer on his twitter page on Tuesday night.
“God, as I start my second term as President of the African Development Bank, I humble myself before you. I ask that you will grant me wisdom and that Africa will thrive and prosper. Make Africa shine.”
