Member representing Oshimili South in the Delta state house of assembly, Hon. Barrister Bridget Anyafulu, has congratulated Muslims both in Nigeria and especially those resident in her constituency on the celebration of Eidel-Kabir across the country.
In a congratulatory message to Muslim faithful, Hon. Anyafulu commended Muslims in Oshimili South for their peaceful disposition and good relationship with everyone in her Oshimili South state constituency.
She enjoined the Muslims to continue to abide by the laws guiding human relations just as she called on all Nigerians to be tolerant of each other and live in peace and harmony in a united Nigeria.
She said it is only in a peaceful society that there can be a guarantee of development that can impact lives and bring transformation to people’s living conditions.
Hon. Anyafulu called on Nigerians to be patient with the system of the nation, saying irrespective of the seeming challenges and economic downturn, there is a bright future for all Nigerians.
She also called on Nigerians at home and in Diaspora to have faith in the nation as all developed countries globally had their challenging times before getting to their present development status.
In the same vein, she implored all residents in Delta state to support the administration of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, governor of Delta state, for the development of the state.
She noted that the governor has good plans for all Deltans, hence he needed the support of everyone in the state to achieve his MORE development agenda for the state.
