Deputy governorship candidate of APC, Joshua Machiver, has ordered the hijack of election materials in five units of 18,19,20,21 and 22 from the ward headquarters located in Olugbobiri in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
The incident, which has left majority of the electorate in Olugbobiri confused, is causing agitation as voters called on INEC to cancel the votes in the area.
Confirming the incidents, an angry voter told newsmen that “There’s also no voting in Olugbobiri. All materials had been hijacked.
Also at Ekeki ward 6 in Yenagoa local Government area of the State, Gunmen led by one Oyisor stormed two units identified as 36 and 02 and cart away.
