Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has appointed Godspower Asiuwu as commissioner nominee.
This was revealed in a post made by Okowa’s media aide, Nelson Egware on Facebook Tuesday morning.
Prior to the party primaries, the governor directed all appointees eyeing elective positions to resign their appointments to pursue their political ambitions.
This led to many resigning, hence, creating opportunity for new persons to fill in the vacancies.
