The affable people of Ndokwa East local government area of Delta state, were in high spirits as they received the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) campaign train into their local government, on Thursday, 8 December, 2022.
The PDP campaign train was greeted with a rousing welcome by jubilant crowd in the various wards visited. The convincing crowd met at ward 5, Aboh, proved right the words of the ward chairman, Mr Nwamana Ikechukwu, who confidently stated that the ward is PDP dominated, stressing that there is no contending party in the ward.
Elder Moses Iduh, the PDP Delta North senatorial chairman, while introducing Prince Ned Nwoko, the PDP Delta North senatorial candidate, described him as a shining star that cannot be intimidated. He assured the people that the senatorial candidate will represent them selflessly and productively in the senate.
Prince Ned Nwoko sympathised with the people over the havoc caused by the recent flood. The legal-consultant-cum-politician who is known for fulfilling his promises, promised that the flood would be controlled, starting with standard construction of the roads by NDDC or by Federal Ministry of Works, in a way that the flood would follow its natural course down to the ocean.
