A local government council chairmanship aspirant and frontliner in Uvwie local government area, Chief Anthony Ofoni, has congratulated Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, on his re-election as the Delta State Peoples Democratic Chairman.
Chief Ofoni, also congratulated other elected officials of the party as well as the delegates and party members for their cooperation in ensuring a successful 2020 Delta state PDP congress.
Chief Ofoni, who spoke to newsmen in Asaba, shortly after the Delta State PDP congress, said, the build up to the Olorogun Esiso’s victory was a result of hard work and dedication. According to him; “Olorogun Esiso’s re-election today, is in recognition of his hard work during his first term, and this goes to show that, hard work truly pays”. Chief Ofoni stated.
The Uvwie local government chairmanship hopeful described Olorogun Esiso as a dynamic and purposeful leader who has been able to sustain the peace and unity of the party in the state.
Chief Ofoni, asserted that, Olorogun Esiso as the State PDP chairman did not only ensure the dominance of the PDP in the state but was able to ensure that the right mechinaries were put in place to return Governor Ifeanyi Okowa unopposed in the last PDP Primary.
Chief Ofoni, a renowned PDP chieftain in Uvwie local government and grassroot mobilizer, commended leaders and members of the PDP for the successful and peaceful congress, noting that, the success reaffirmed that, the strength of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) remain to be desirous.
He asserted that, PDP in Delta State is one big family and prayed God to direct the affairs of the leadership of the party in ensuring victory at every election.
