Contemplating marrying somebody with same AS genotype, you need to read this article

One Linda Ogechukwu, a member of a Facebook group, Godly Marriage and Counseling, has given some details why people having same AS genotype should not attempt to get married.

Although love may take the greater part of them, she is of the view that such love should not and must not lead to marriage. Her reasons are as good as the food we eat everyday. Her response was in reaction to a request for advice made by one Prince Don Dede, asking whether he could continue to love a lady who is AS as him

Linda Ogechukwu said My dear, never you allow love to put in trouble please.

My uncle’s wife gave birth to 6 children and 3 died the same month remaining 3 and only one is free, so please I would advise you to move on.” This is a serious decision to be made.

Prince Don Dede saidI I’m a little beat confused here, I met this girl years back. We loved each other that we went for a blood test. But the result showed that we are both AS.

We cried  for it and consoled ourselves, later things started changing, the love started fading out based on she has noticed that we can’t get married.

Few months ago i traveled to Lagos because i still love her and don’t want to lose her i told her that i will visit for Xmas so that we will go for test again after going through the fasting and prayer given to me.

But she told me boldly that there is no need for it.  Should  I continue loving her or engage myself in another relationship and move on with my life, please advice me.”

The response of Linda is from the request of advice from Prince Dede. Many people told him never to try such marriage as it will be deadly. Actually, many people have attempted such and they are in serious trouble.

Many promising children have died at the prime of their age. Some have graduated from the university, others in school, others at their infancy. Those still alive are consuming a lot of money from their parents. Let’s take precautions. Love alone is not enough. Genotype is a serious aspect of marriage. If not compatible, please, shelve the plan and move on.
