As Delta State marks its 34th anniversary, Hon. Bridget Anyafulu, member representing Oshimili South Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, has congratulated the government and people of the state, describing the journey so far as a story of resilience and visionary leadership.
In a goodwill message on the occasion, Anyafulu expressed gratitude to God Almighty for His mercies and blessings upon the state since its creation.
“On behalf of my family and the peace-loving people of Oshimili South, I heartily extend my congratulations and felicitations to the government and people of Delta State on this auspicious occasion of the 34th anniversary of the creation of the state,” she stated.
Reflecting on the progress made over the years, the lawmaker said Delta State has every reason to celebrate its successes, while urging continued reliance on God for guidance in governance and development.
“As we celebrate this important milestone, I pray that Almighty God will continue to protect Delta State and to guide the state along the path of good governance, unity, peace, stability and prosperity,” she added.
Anyafulu reaffirmed her commitment to working with stakeholders to advance the interests of her constituency and the state at large, while wishing all Deltans a peaceful and joyous celebration.
