Identifying the huge market space in the Nigerian beverage industry, the management of GKO industries has installed a groundbreaking state-of-art factory plant worth millions of dollars in Warri Delta state.
The president of GKO Industries, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi disclosed that operations will commence after test running.
The plant manager, Engr. Idowu Adebola, who conducted FocalPoint Reports and expatriates on a tour of GKO facilities noted that each bottling plant’s production capacity is 48,000 bottles per hour.
The factory which is built for several mega lines of production would employ five hundred (500) workers at the initial production of carbonated soft drinks filling, soda water drinks filling, sparkling water filling combined rinsing, filling, capping, and labeling as one automatic body.
The bottling and beverage plant with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are strategically positioned to create many indirect jobs for Deltans as engineer Adebola targets three months from February for the commencement of full-scale product.
