The Ughelli North All Progressive Congress (APC) chairmanship candidate in the Saturday local government elections, Monday Otobrise, has withdrawn from the polls.
In a post he made on Facebook, he did not only withdraw, he congratulated the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Olorogun Jaro Egbo.
