High Chief Victor Emonena Egu Kawhore, Director of Wayles Marine, has said that the guber race of Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi is neither for himself nor for his family but for the good of Delta state.
He said Olorogun Gbagi has worked what will take care of himself and his future generations, adding that all Gbagi needed now as a person is long life and good health.
He said the passion of Gbagi in the 2023 race is for the good of Delta people and everyone resident in the state. He believes that Gbagi has the vision and the capacity to deliver the goods and add value to the lives of the people of the state.
High Chief Emonena Egu Kawhore made the remarks when Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi visited him at his palatial country home in Enwhe, a community in Isoko south local government area on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
For the successful marine business man, Gbagi has what it takes, the capacity to move the state to a level that will be the envy of Deltans and Nigerians at large. He is of the belief that Gbagi should be supported by all Deltans to achieve a worthwhile goal for all.
Earlier, Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi, the foremost guber aspirant in the state, told the high chief that he is well grounded with the challenges of the state and is well prepared to confront them headlong.
He said: “When I left government as a minister, dollars was 159 Naira to one dollar, but today it is N600. If we make mistakes, it will cost us much to repair it. We must make plans for our future children.
“Every right thinking Deltan should not allow such mistake to happen. It will affect our future, it will affect us all. Look, our rivers have nothing in them. Our industries are gone. We are now relying on money from the federal government. It is apathy of good people that allows crazy men into government house, we should not let that happen.”
