Eid-El-Maulud: Senator Ned Nwoko calls for unity, friendship beyond beliefs

Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, representing the Delta North senatorial district, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Muslims in Delta State, Nigeria, and across the world on the occasion of Eid-El-Maulud.

 

In his message, Senator Nwoko highlighted the importance of this celebration as a time of joy and reflection on the values and teachings of Prophet Muhammad.

 

Eid-El-Maulud, which commemorates the birth of Prophet Muhammad, carries a profound message of love, unity, and empathy. Senator Nwoko emphasized that in a world often marred by division and misunderstanding, this occasion serves as a reminder of the Prophet’s message of peace and tolerance.

“The values and teachings of Prophet Muhammad transcend borders and unite humanity,” Senator Nwoko stated. He called upon everyone to use this significant occasion to foster unity, strengthen bonds, and extend a hand of friendship to all, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs.

 

 

His message read in full; “As we celebrate Eid-El-Maulud, a time of joy and reflection for Muslims around the world, let us remember the values and teachings of Prophet Muhammad that transcend borders and unite humanity.

 

“Eid-El-Maulud serves as a reminder of the Prophet’s teachings, emphasizing the values of love, unity, and empathy. As we celebrate this meaningful occasion, let us remember the Prophet’s message of peace and tolerance. In a world where division and misunderstanding often prevail, Eid-El-Maulud calls upon us to foster unity, strengthen our bonds, and extend a hand of friendship to all regardless of our backgrounds or beliefs.

 

“I extend my warmest felicitations to all Muslims in Delta State, Nigeria, and across the world as we celebrate this significant occasion. May this Eid-El-Maulud bring joy, peace, and prosperity to all, and may it serve as a reminder of the profound impact of the Prophet Muhammad’s life on humanity.”
