Several units in Warri- South as at 2pm were yet to receive Election materials or even see INEC officials.
Voters had gathered since early morning to cast their votes and are still waiting under the pouring rain to no avail.
They have taken to social media to express their displeasure as this threatens their rights.
” There is no way they can conclude this election without everyone casting their votes, this is not about one polling unit, so that they can say maybe they forgot it, this is the entire Warri- South.
“Warri is not a village that polling unit will be forgotten. This is Warri-South and we cannot find ballot paper let alone box.
“Nothing, no INEC official, we’ve just been here since morning and nothing is happening. This is not fair, is this the Nigeria we are praying for? Is the better Nigeria we always pray for?” An anonymous voter cries out
