With hundreds of voters on the street waiting to carry out their electoral rights, staff of the electoral body Independent Nigeria Electoral Commission (INEC) finally arrived Ughelli North Local Government Area ,Ward 7.
The materials arrived at exactly 12:08pm against INEC’s 10:30 am….
However,the citizens appear to be disorganized as they had previously formed a queue which the INEC officials disbanded to form a new one but intend to disband the queue again.
As at the time of filing the report,no official security was on sight.
