Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has constituted governing council members for the three new universities.
The three universities are University of Delta in Agbor, Delta State university of Science and Technology Ozoro and Dennis Osadebe University in Anwai, a suburb of Asaba, the state capital.
The appointment was signed by Patrick Ukah, secretary to the Delta state government.
