It was all merriment when members of the State Political Appointees from Aniocha North held their first meeting of the year.
The meeting which was hosted by members in Ward 6 was well attended. The Commissioner, Comrade Mike Egwuyenga once again called for unity among members to enable the party maintain its leading position in the state.
Egwuyenga urged members to always identify with the party in their units and wards. He noted that the donations they made during the Christmas was made possible because of the commitment of members and urged those sitting on the fence to have a change of attitude.
Egwuyenga revealed that plans are on foot to assist indigent students and support the party during the forth coming local government election in the state.
Speaking earlier, the former PDP chairman in the local government area, Prince Victor Egbune thanked members for their foresight to come together for the good of the local government area.
Egbune urged members to always respect the party as an institution and abide by the rules of the game.
