Apostle Johnson Suleman, the Senior Pastor and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministry has said that gunmen who rained bullets in his car were bent on shooting him directly.
The video was posted on Church Gist with the statement “Apostle Johnson Suleman escapes assassination attempt. Some escort policemen and others in his convoy killed. Gory videos left out.”
In the video, Apostle Johnson Suleman is heard saying “Direct shooting, they just waited for me.” The video shows the car’s body ridden with bullets from the unknown gunmen.
According to reports, the gunmen attacked him and his convoy along Warrake Road, near Auchi Edo state.
Four of his police escorts and a lady were killed in the attack. Report says he escaped in his bullet proof car.
