Delta state governor, Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa has approved the appointment of fourteen new permanent secretaries for Delta state Civil Service.
In a notice released by the state director of Information, Theresa Adiabua Oliko, the appointment is based on relative seniority, merit, expediency, capacity to hold office commitment, cadre professional spread and gender balance.
The newly approved permanent secretaries are:
i. Charles Osakwue Diai
ii. Omamuzo Erebe
iii. Theophilus Chuks Aguonye
iv. Gregory Ejiro Ejohwomu
v. Patrick Ikechukwu Ojeblenu
vi. Patricia Obiajulu Esejo
vii. Fredrick Erhinyoja Yoro
viii, Nelson Anino Tetsola
ix. Dr Mrs Philomena Otavisiri Okeowo
x. Evelyn Ifeoma Ndobu
xi. Frank Akpomorieno Aghara
xii. Byron Adimabua Unini
xiii. Fredrick Gabriel Fuludu
xv. Frank A. Omoko
According to Oliko, they are to be sworn-in at a date that would be announced later.
