A young man, Mr. Fred Uduk, has been accused of killing his fiance’ to marry another woman.
An eye witness told Emerald News that Mr. Uduk who hails from Akwa Ibom state was courting Miss Christy Nwosu who was from Anambra state for close to seven years before Christy suddenly died after a brief illness.
According to our source, it was this year, Fred took decision to demand for the bride price list from his late finance’s family when death struck.
Our source said that though Mr. Uduk has been crying bitterly over the sudden death of his wife to be, the family of her fiance has been accusing him of knowing what killed his late fiance’.
This meduim gathered that the family of late Christy discovered that Fred had a pregnant girl he started making plans to marry just a month he lost Christy.
According to eye witness, the family of late Christy who got shocked of the news of Fred planning to marry another pregnant woman suspected that the death of their sister was caused by Fred and his new girlfriend.
Our source said that Fred never denied impregnating another woman and his plan to marry her which was why Christy’s family was unleashing their anger on him.
This meduim gathered that the angry family of late Christy was threatening to stop Fred from his marriage plans until he proves beyond every reasonable doubt that he and his pregnant girlfriend were innocent of Christy’s death.
Our source added that Fred’s family members showed remorse and disappointment when they also discovered that another girl was one month pregnant for their son.
Emerald News gathered that Fred claimed to know his pregnant girl friend the same week he lost Christy to death but none of Christy’s family members agreed with him.
