A young girl of about 19 years was spotted fighting with her step mother in Asaba Delta state.
This online medium understands that the girl by name Gloria said that she has been carrying out the task of flushing toilet whenever her step mother finished defecating for the past six months.
Our correspondent gathered that Gloria whose mother has left their father and relocated to another city for the past 10 years said that the woman her father married has been maltreating her and her younger sister.
Our source said that Gloria and her younger sister, Christy, have been managing the negative character of their step mother, Mrs. Caroline Nwangba, so that peace could reign in their house.
Emerald News gathered that their father who was a quiet and peaceful person has been advising them to endure whatever ill-treatment they get from his wife as they would soon finish their secondary school education and enter the higher Institution.
According to our source, Gloria said she and her sibling have been managing any situation they meet in the house until six months ago when their father’s wife came up with a task of them flushing toilet for her whenever she finished defecating.
Emerald News gathered that Gloria woke up one morning recently with a decision to stop doing that task, so her step mother who finished using the toilet that morning called her to flush the feaces which she bluntly refused to do.
This medium learnt that immediately Gloria said no to her command, she instantly gave her a slap on her face which erupted the fight.
When the people that came to separate them heard what caused the fight, they blamed their step mother for doing such.
Our source said the people said that Gloria and her sister would not have agreed to do such task in the first place.
An eye witness said that Gloria lamented that their step mother after giving birth to two boys for their father changed her attitude towards her and her sister.
She said that she used to be good until now she has two boys for their father.
