An Onitsha based business man, Mr. Cletus Ubogu has expressed worry over the situation of things since the re-arrest and detention of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB).
He told Emerald News that his concern was Nnamdi’s complaint of his deteriorating health which DSS refused him any medical attention.
Mr. Ubogu said that, this is the time for all the Southerners to seek God’s intervention over Nnamdi Kanu, so that he will come out of his trouble alive.
According to Ubogu, the leader of IPOB was just clamouring for justice and freedom from the serial marginalization of the Igbos.
Mr. Ubogu noted that there was the need for church leaders as well as all Southerners to pray to God to help the IPOB leader come out of this.
He regretted that it was only father Ejike Mbaka that showed concern over Kanu’s predicament while urging other leaders to follow suit.
According to him, if God did not intervene over Kanu’s leader, he might not make it this time.
