Vice President Yemi Osibanjo has sent a heartfelt message to a Nigerians over the leadership failure in the country. His message is indeed quite touching.
Read his tweet: Prof Yemi Osinbajo@ProfOsinbajo; “Dear Nigerians, I know that many of you are angry, and understandably so. We could’ve moved faster and for this we are sorry.”
He said he is sorry for the woes Nigerians are going through. Nigeria should have been a great nation but the leadership of this great nation is selfish, self centred and self serving. The leadership is unwilling to serve the Nigerian people.
Osinbajo must have been touched by the outcry of Nigerians across the length and breadth of the country occasioned by the EndSARS protest going on unabating in the country. Nigerian youths are raising issues and they are not issues that should be thrown away.
The government must consider the plight of the people and the need for total reform of the nation a necessity. Nigerian leaders are the greatest problem of this country. They are amassing wealth to themselves at the expense of the Nigeria people.
Now, Osibajo is feeling guilty for not meeting expectations of Nigerians. Hence he is begging Nigerian youths to pardon the government. That means the government officials know what is right but they are deliberately ignoring it.
