I congratulate my outgoing Chief of Protocol, Mr. Onyeukwu Henry Chukwuweike, on his appointment and subsequent inauguration as a Permanent Secretary in the Delta State Civil Service.
Over the years, Mr. Chukwuweike, has proven himself to be a highly respected, hardworking and committed staff member.
As he prepares to take on new and exciting challenges in this new senior civil service leadership position, I wish him all the best and know that he will continue to make us all proud wherever he goes.
