In a calculated action aimed at voter suppression and disenfranchisement, the people under Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State have received a shocker as thousands of Permanent Voters Cards for the Local Government were found in the bush.
The Permanent Voters Cards numbering thousands disposed of in the bush were discovered and retrieved by a hunter who went about his hunting game.
The PVC has since been moved to Authority FM in Nnewi – Nnobi Road, Nnewi where a series of announcements would be made in an attempt to get the actual owners of the voter’s card.
