The fear of bandits and Boko Haram has overwhelmed greater parts of the Northern state, leading to soldiers escorting children to school.
In a viral video being circulated online, Nigerian soldiers are seen escorting children to school. The children are heard singing state and capital as taught in primary schools.
This is seen as the height of insecurity in Nigeria. Although people are not blaming the soldiers, they blame leaders of the nation who subject soldiers and children to such unwelcome experience.
