He condemned situation where some Christians will drop money in the offering bag and tell ushers to return such amount of change to them. He told the people that any money that has entered the offering bag should not be removed.
His teaching was essentially on giving and receiving where he said Christians must give so as to receive from God. He said those who do not give cannot receive from God.
According to him, everybody should give to God. He said nobody is too poor to give. Everybody can give for the work of God from their little resources. He encouraged the people to cultivate the habit of giving tithes and offerings to God.
He advised the people to give according to their ability, that is their giving should be commensurate to what they have. Those who have more should give more and those who have less should give according to their pockets.
He gave instances of people who gave to God and God never disappointed them. He believes that people who are stingy to God can never make real financial breakthrough in their pursuits.
