This bird was said to have flown from Finland in Europe to Delta state in Nigeria. It was said to have landed in Ofagbe, an agrarian community in Isoko North local government area of the state.
According to sources within the community, a hunter who went into forest hunting for animals shot the bird and brought it down. He surprisingly saw tag on the leg and a phone number.
A source within the community told our reporter that when the phone number was called, a white man responded and said the bird should be kept in a mortuary, noting that they were coming from the Western country for the bird.
It was gathered that this period in England, birds do migrate to distant lands where they could get better weather for survival.
