A man has rained curses on a woman named Okiemute who reportedly hacked her husband to death in in Ekrejegbo community in Ughelli North local government area of Delta state.
The news broke out on Monday when the husband who was said to have passed the night outside the home, returned and disagreement ensued between the two.
The disagreement progressed the 22-year-woman whom some reporters said has a two-year child ands still pregnant could not control herself, took matchete and hacked the husband down.
The husband named Edafe was rushed to the hospital but was confirmed dead by doctors on arrival. She attempted to run after the incident but youths in the area apprehended her and bundled her to the police station.
At the hospital, irate youths attempted setting her ablaze on discovering that the husband was dead but she was rescued by police out of the hands of the irate youths
