Nigeria’s army chief, Atahiru Ibrahim and seven others were killed in a plane crash near Kaduna on Friday evening. He was said to be in Kaduna to commission a military formation in the city.
Reports say his wife Fata was also in the military aircraft that crashed killing eight crew members and passengers on board the plane.
The plane, reports say got crashed due to bad weather in Kaduna.
