The national coordinator of the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, Mr. Sani Aliyu, on Thursday said all prospective corps members must go through COVID-19 tests ahead of the re-opening of camps. The camp is to re-open on November 10, 2020 nationwide.
Mr. Aliyu stated this during the briefing on Thursday in Abuja.
“We have developed guidelines with the NCDC (Nigeria Centre for Disease Control) and the NYSC in the preparation for the reopening of the orientation camps on the 10th of November, 2020,” Mr Aliyu said.
The orientation camps have been shut since March this year as part of measures to curtail the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
