The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, has openly started he will personally head to court with his lawyers as court proceedings begins today Wednesday.
Obi, who made this know in a tweet on his handle said this action becomes necessary following INEC’s refusal to allow the labour party to inspect the materials (including BVAS) from the 25th February presidential elections.
He further challenged his followers to campaign aggressively for gubernatorial candidates and others running under the labour party in the coming state elections.
