A young woman name withheld living in Nkpor axis of Anambra State has been accused of killing her husband.
Available reports revealed that the young woman who married six years ago to her late husband and yet to give birth has been in dilemma over the husband’s death and the accusation being leveled against her.
An eye witness said that the young woman told people that she did not know what killed her husband except that he fell sick and was rushed to the hospital where he died after seven days.
Emerald News gathered that the wife of the deceased said that she was living in peace with her husband until her death.
Our source said that the widow complained that when her husband was admitted in the hospital that they could not provide the money the doctor requested.
According to our source, the widow complained that both her husband’s family and her own family claimed that they did not have money to donate to the hospital as the doctor requested before they could carry out any treatment.
It was learnt that the wodpw made several attempts to borrow money from both of their friends but all to no avail before her husband gave up.
This.medium gathered that the family members of the man are now accusing the widow of killing her husband.
Our source said that the greatest challenge the widow has now is that as the remains of her husband is still in the morgue, her husband’s, family who has fixed the burial date of their brother have conspired and changed the date of the burial to the date the widow’ s family has earlier fixed to bury their father as the widow” father passed on earlier and the date of his burial has been fixed since last year December.
Eye witness said that when the family of the widow met them to convince them to change the date of their brother’s burial as that has been the date fixed since to bury their father, they disagreed with them telling the widow’ s family that their sister must not be at her late husband’ s burial.
Eye witness told Emerald News that the widow has been in agony over the development.
