A young mother of two, Ms. Grace John, has declared her desire to marry another man of her choice after her thirteen years of waiting for her husband to accept her back proved abortive.
Ms. John told Emerald News that she wished that God will understand her innocence concerning her former marital relationship and give her approval to marry a new husband.
She said that although her pastor has admonished her to shun marrying another husband since her former husband is still alive.
According to Ms. John, she was accused of having extra marital affair when her marriage was just four with her two children, stating that she is still heartbroken as she was innocent of her husband’s accusation.
She said she was living peacefully with her husband in Kwale area of Delta state before Satan sowed tares of allegation in her marriage.
Emerald News gathered that Ms John and her family members pleaded with her husband to forgive her if she had offended him but all to no avail as the man chased her and her children away and immediately married a new wife who is living with him till date.
Ms. John added that she has been faithfully praying to God to restore her marriage while she keeps her body holy for her husband but all to no avail.
According to her, several men have been asking her hands in marriage but her plight was that she does not want to marry two husband as a devout Christian.
She told this meduim that recently, a promising young man has been convincing her, her family members and her pastor to allow her marry him but she said if God will forgive her and allow her to marry the man, that she will be happy.
Emerald News gathered that Ms John is a 37 years old lady living with her children in Asaba while her former husband has since settled down with another woman with children.
