A young girl (name withheld) from Enugu State has been on the run as her uncle she stays with is threatening to kill her with a knife.
An eye witness told Emerald News that the girl’ s offence was that she told her uncle’s wife who lives in another city where she works with their children that her husband’s girl friend now lives with them in the house.
Our source said that the girl ran out of patience with her uncle because, her uncle’s girl friend who used to visit them once in a while now lives with them not minding that her uncle is married with children.
Our source said that the girl got angry as her uncle cheats on his wife to the extent of allowing his girl friend to live with them and called her uncle’s wife not to notify her husband anytime she wanted to visit him with the children.
Emerald News gathered that the woman agreed with her and arrived her husband’s apartment in Enugu suddenly.
According to our source, the woman eventually met her husband’s girl friend in their apartment.
Emerald News gathered that the girl’ s uncle knew that it was his niece that leaked his secret and he became angry and brought a knife, threatening to kill her for telling his wife.
As at the time of filing this report, the girl is still on the run.
