As the First Lady of Urhoboland added one more year in the land of the living, the Mayor of Urhoboland, His Excellency Eshanekpe Israel a.k.a Akpodoro has congratulated Mrs. Mayor Hope Akpodoro on her birthday anniversary describing her as the beacon of hope to her generation.
In an emotion ladden tribute to his wife in his Abuja home over the weekend, Mayor Akpodoro stated that, “today, I celebrate the wife of my youth, the woman of my dream, my best friend, companion, my mother-figure, my life partner, the mother of my children, the jewel of my crown.
“All through thick and thin, she has always been there for me, blazing the trail and weathering the storm at its toughest time.
“How else do I celebrate my heartthrob who is as old as my youth than to ask God to keep her in good health, long life and prosperity.
“May she live to enjoy the dividends of motherhood and a good wife. She built maturity in me, calibrated, engineered, and moulded me into maturity.
“I congratulate the flesh of flesh and the bone of my bone. Happy birthday to my darling Hope.
“She’s my enduring Hope, and she gives me hope for a greater and more fulfilled man. Happy birthday anniversary to my darling.”
