On Sunday, Hon. Chidi Aroh, the Commissioner for Lands in Enugu State, was attacked by gunmen.
According to reports, he was ambushed in Anambra State, while returning from a visit.
Sadly, two of his policemen were gunned down during the attack. They are identified as Inspector David Adabu and one Inspector Solomon.
However, the Commissioner escaped in his Jeep.
The hoodlums allegedly made away with the riffles of the police officers.
Meanwhile, when contacted by The Sun, the State Police Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe (ASP) said the Command has no such information on the incident.
He then asked the publication to contact his Anambra state counterpart to see if they have information.
As of the time of this report, Hon. Aroh could not be reached.
