Youth Structure for Asiwaju Affirms Support for Tinubu’s Second Term in London

At the Global Endorsement Reception held in London, Dr. Michael Nwoko, Convener and National Coordinator of the Youth Structure for Asiwaju (YS4A), publicly endorsed the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing the administration’s leadership as defined by “sacrifice, consistency, and service.”

The event took place at the Westminster Conference Hall, Sofitel London St. James, and drew a cross-section of Nigerian diaspora leaders, youth representatives, professionals, and political stakeholders.

The gathering focused on consolidating support for the President’s second-term bid and reinforcing confidence in the administration’s policy direction.

In his address, Dr. Nwoko said leadership should be assessed through measurable impact rather than political rhetoric.

He argued that the President’s reform-oriented agenda demonstrates a commitment to long-term national development, even in the face of economic and political challenges.

“True leadership is not measured by applause,” he said. “It is measured by the courage to take difficult decisions, the discipline to remain consistent, and the dedication to serve the greater good.”

Dr. Nwoko noted that the administration’s policy initiatives are aimed at stabilizing the economy, strengthening institutions, and restoring Nigeria’s standing in the global community.

He maintained that while reform processes can be demanding, continuity in governance is critical to securing lasting progress.

According to him, the administration’s efforts toward economic restructuring and national repositioning have begun to lay a foundation for renewed investor confidence and enhanced international engagement.

He emphasized that sustaining these efforts requires political stability and broad-based support.

The reception also highlighted the role of Nigerian youths and the diaspora in shaping national discourse.

As leader of YS4A, Dr. Nwoko reaffirmed the group’s commitment to mobilizing young Nigerians in support of policies that promote growth, inclusion, and institutional development.

Participants at the event expressed confidence in the current leadership trajectory and called for unity among supporters ahead of the upcoming electoral cycle.

Several speakers underscored the importance of consolidating ongoing reforms to ensure long-term economic and social stability.

The London endorsement event forms part of a broader series of engagements aimed at galvanizing both domestic and international support for the President’s re-election campaign.

Organizers described the reception as a platform to strengthen stakeholder alignment and reinforce shared commitment to Nigeria’s development agenda.

The programme ended with a renewed pledge of support from attendees, who affirmed their intention to continue advocating for policy continuity and sustained national reform.
