Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, the senator representing Delta North senatorial district, has felicitated the Asagba of Asaba, Obi Professor Joseph Chike Edozien, CFR, JP, on his remarkable 99th birthday and 32-year-reign as the Asagba of Asaba.
