Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, today received his Certificate of Return as Anambra Governor-elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Soludo, in a statement on Facebook thanked Anambra people for their massive support during the election.
He further promised to use his position for the “good of the Anambra public and humanity at large.”
He wrote: “I have just received my certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
“Thank you Ndị Anambra for the overwhelming support. This divine mandate shall be deployed for the good of the Anambra public and humanity at large.
“Who can battle with the Lord?
“CC. Soludo.”
Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission Commission (INEC) headquarters, on Wednesday declared Soludo, winner of the election.
APGA scored a total of 112,229 votes, PDP had 53,807 votes, APC secured 43,285 votes while YPP had 21,261 votes.
