MY BIRTHDAY: A TIME FOR SOBER REFLECTION & PRAYER FOR ISOKO

Today is my birthday and I am very thankful to God Almighty for the gift of life and His divine grace upon my life.
I must say, however, that the past few months have been a time of different trials, temptations, pains and sorrows because death took away so many people who are very dear to my heart and the hearts of my Isoko people. It has been a period of mourning for me; my heart aches and bleeds
These were people that were very useful to the advancement of the Isoko nation. People who can starve themselves of both political and other benefits just for our common good. People who were truthful, sincere and dedicated to the development of the Isoko nation.
So, in place of the usual wishes and funfare that goes with the day, I will plead with my friends, family and well wishers to use this occasion of my birthday to join me in praying that God will have mercy on us as a people and cause an end to these sudden deaths.
