Hon. Kenneth Ogba, Member representing Isoko South 1 Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly is dead. He reportedly slumped and died this evening.
This death is coming barely five months after the death of the Majority Leader of the House, Hon Tim Owhefere who was the representative of Isoko North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly
