Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state and wife, Edith, have tested positive to the lethal coronavirus. He made the revelation on his official twitter handle Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa @IAOkowa on Wednesday morning.
The tweet reads: “My wife and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are well and continuing with our isolation/medication. We thank you all for your continued prayers for us and our daughter.”
A few days back, one of his daughters had tested positive, a development which led him to go on self isolation. And this morning, he twitted that him and his wife have tested positive.
