Kaduna state governor, Nasir el-Rufai, has allegedly blocked Peter Obi’s supporters from holding a summit scheduled for Arewa house in the heart of the state capital.
In a post on Peter Obi Support Network, a Facebook group created for promoting Obi’s presidential bid, the poster wrote thus:
“Change of the venue!
We regret to inform the public that the Gov. of Kaduna state, @elrufai has instructed that we be denied access in using our original venue, #ArewaHouse.
“The new venue for the Northern Summit powered by #POSN is now #NUTHall, Kaduna.
It’s obvious they are in panic 😱!
We are just testing the microphone!”
