The deputy vice chancellor of Anchor University, owned and operated by the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Processor J.O. Fatokun, has been released.
The university authority made the announcement in its Facebook page, Anchor University, on Wednesday. He was kidnapped on Monday in Nasarawa state when he went to drop his children at Deeper Life High School in Jos.
Prayers were made by the church and his family members for his release. The information dropped on the university’s Facebook did not tell whether ransom was paid or not.
The message dropped only read: “BREAKING: DVC RELEASED!
“To the glory of God, the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Anchor University, Professor J.O. Fatokun, has been released.”
