President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the agencies involved in the approval of the surveillance equipment listed by minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, to track railway lines to do so with speed.
Amaechi had said that the equipment would cost only three billion Naira which has been worked out but approving agencies have refused to grant approvals.
In a memo seen by Emerald News and posted on President Buhari’s Facebook page, he directed the agencies to quickly give approvals for the purchase of the equipment.
