A couple who were believed to be married for four years were seen fighting inside their car along Dennis Osadebe road Asaba.
An eye witness told Emerald News that the couple were seen packed by the side of the road, struggling to get hold of their car steering when police men ran to their rescue.
This online mediim gathered that when police men asked them what the matter was, the man’ s wife complained to the police that the husband just packed and asked her to alight from the car which she refused.
According to our source, the woman said that she refused because she was the one that bought the car.
Emerald News also gathered that the woman opened up with tears and told the police men that she had an argument over a woman her husband was planning to marry, saying that was what led to her husband trying to push her out of the car.
An eye witness said that the woman told the police men that she works in a commercial bank where she borrowed some money to buy the car, bought a land and also built the house they are living at the moment.
Our source said that the woman who said that their marriage was just four years burst in tears and told the police men that after all the things she did for them to be happy in their marriage, her husband connived with his family to marry another woman.
Emerald News gathered that the police men felt for her and advised the man to love his wife for sacrificing alot for their marriage.
Our source said that the police men were disappointed when when they asked the woman the name she used to buy the car and get the house, she said she used her husband’ s name.
While the police men were blaming the man for planning to marry another woman after his wife has bought a car and built a house, he told the police men that they should mind their business, saying that after all, he was the one that married the woman with his money.
According to our source, the police men quietly walked away.
An eye witness said that the woman is yet to give birth to a child which might be the cause of the man wanting to marry another woman.
