CONFUSION: Ajimobi not dead but in critical condition – family sources

Family members and friends with the media aide to Snator Abiola Ajimobi have confirmed that the former governor is not dead but alive, however he is in critical condition and life support.

Adetutu Balogun on twitter said Ajimobi is alive, but in critical condition. According my source at the hospital, people are posting fake news because his condition is REALLY bad at the moment. Only the machine is keeping him alive. He is not pronounced dead yet.

Kemi Olunloyo, a controversial journalist and twitted: I was inundated by messages that former Governor Ajimobi has DIED in Lagos! I could not get info from Oyo lawmakers, elites, media.

“I have finally confirmed and spoke to the family 9:15pm 6/18/20Flag of Nigeria. He is ALIVE and talking recovering

“A daughter told me: “God is not ready to take him Aunty Kemi. We decided to keep our dad’s health private. He has served Nigeria and will continue his goodwill.”

“The Ajimobis are my second cousins. The former governor has been recovering from #COVID-19 related complications.”
