President Donald Trump of the United States of America has given reasons why there are confirmed coronavirus cases in the United States than in any country of the world.

As at Tuesday, June 23, 2020, there a total of 2.36million confirmed cases in the United States with 733,000 recoveries and 122000 deaths recorded in the country.

In the world, there are 9.1million confirmed cases, 4.53million recoveries and 472,000 deaths recorded globally. So, looking at the figures, the United States has more than other countries of the world.

In a tweet on Tuesday, President Trump gave reasons: “Cases are going up in the U.S. because we are testing far more than any other country, and ever expanding. With smaller testing we would show fewer cases!”
